datastore ignore directory

Is there a way to get Virt Manager to ignore a directory within datastores?

We are running NetApp filers with snapshots for our backend disk, which shows .snapshot folders within each datastore. I would like for Virt Manager to ignore these so that its not false reporting phantom snapshots, etc...
