Virtualization Manager NFR for vExperts still available?

Hey all,

SolarWinds used to offer an NFR license for Virtualization Manager via this link, which is unfortunately 404'd now:

A reference for this can still be found on the original (admittedly old) press release:

So is the NFR license still available for vExperts?

If yes, where's the reference/link or how do vExperts take advantage of this offer?

If no, I'll look into updating references outside of SolarWinds/Thwack to reflect that.
