Hello, I have been having an issue with Orion Virtualization Manager where it keeps adding hosts that already exist or are being duplicated. There seems to be some corruption, and I cannot figure out how to fix this.

If you hover over one of the grayed hosts, the status bar in the browser shows "javascriptvoid(0);"
There are dozens of these grayed out hosts.
