How to delete Horizontal data export in VMAN 6.3

Dear Folks

Every time a export any report or data from VMAN it pulls up excel  with 2 sheets in  it with same data.1: Data Horizontally and 2: same data vertically.

Can we restrict this to only show vertical data is there any way out.
