Upgrade 6.1.0.10003 VMAN to 6.3

I would like to upgrade our VMAN to the latest build 6.3 ( in order to activate the new keys as well)
below are the following components running on our Orion Server, can I upgrade? without any issues. I will need to install the VMAN Orion Integration Module on this server as well. I just need to know if I will need anything else to install or upgrade, does 10.7 support VMAN 6.3?
